1) Helium Balloons Delivery

1.1) ​Please fully inspect the balloon upon receiving. In the rare event that an order from us has become damaged or deflated in transit, then please contact this number +852 6140 9845 and send us a picture of your product(s) within 15 mins of its arrival and our team will do all we can to rectify ASAP.

1.2) We are not responsible for anything nor are we able to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 15mins of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
